Please read our guidelines on returning
purchased items:
Your credit card will be refunded within 7 days of receipt
of returned goods.

Once you have decided you want to return an item, please
email us at sankofa@zeinabau.com.
Please provide the following with your return request:
1. Order number
2. Product name and number
3. Reason for return
4. What you would like in return? I.e. return for replacement,
exchange, store credit or refund |
Once your return request has been received
our customer service department will send you an email with
instructions on how and where you should send the package.
Please remember that all returned items must be shipped with
their original packaging and in their original condition.
For your protection we request that
you use either UPS or insured Parcel Post for shipment. We
can only refund shipping cost if the return is as a result
of shipping damage or error on our part.
